About Me
Mr. Sanal V is an academician, researcher, and educational administrator with expertise in Physics, Quantum Information Science, and Emerging Quantum Technologies. He completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Hyderabad and subsequently worked as a Project Assistant at the Raman Research Institute, where he was involved in research on laser cooling and trapping of single atoms—an area that forms a fundamental basis for modern quantum computing and qubit manipulation.
He has served as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Physics at Sree Gokulam Arts & Science College, Balussery, demonstrating strong academic leadership in curriculum development, student mentoring, research promotion, and institutional quality enhancement. His contributions extend beyond classroom teaching to academic administration, accreditation processes, and outcome-based education initiatives.
His current research interests include Quantum Computing, Quantum Information, Quantum Networking, and Quantum Entanglement. He is actively involved in establishing a Quantum Computing Centre at Kannur University with the vision of fostering interdisciplinary research, innovation, and skill development in quantum technologies.
With a blend of research experience, institutional leadership, and commitment to scientific advancement, Mr. Sanal V continues to contribute to the development of physics education and the emerging quantum ecosystem in India.
