A dedicated and passionate educator with over 25 years of rich experience in higher education, specializing in Malayalam literature. Throughout my career, I have spent 12 years teaching postgraduate (PG) students, fostering academic excellence and a deep appreciation for the language. My professional journey includes serving as a Guest Lecturer at Malabar Christian College and contributing several years of service to the Post Graduate Study Centre in West Hill.
Beyond teaching, I am an active writer, editor, and literary enthusiast deeply invested in Malayalam literature, research, and creative writing.
Area of Interest
Head of the Malayalam Department: Served continuously for 14 years (since August 8, 2013) at Sree Gokulam Arts & Science College.
Extensive Teaching Experience: Over 25 years of total teaching experience, including 12 years dedicated to Postgraduate (PG) education.
Institutional Contributions: Worked as a Guest Lecturer at the prestigious Malabar Christian College and taught at the Post Graduate Study Centre, West Hill.
Literary & Editorial Contributions
Published Author: Authored and published numerous poems and insightful articles across various popular magazines.
Chief Editor: Successfully edited the Sree Gokulam Arts & Science College magazine titled "Kerala Samakalikathayude Uyiradayalangal" (The Life-Signs of Contemporary Kerala).
Playwriting & Direction: Wrote the acclaimed play "Karadi" (The Bear), which was successfully staged and performed at Malabar Christian College.
Literary Introductions: Penned official introductions for high-profile translated Malayalam works, including Leo Tolstoy’s Resurrection (Uyirthezhunnealppu) and Yakov Perelman’s Physics for Entertainment (Bhouthika Kouthukam).
Editorial & Proofreading Expertise: Served as a professional proofreader for numerous Malayalam books published by Kozhikode Media Books.
