About Me
Iam a dedicated academician and food science professional currently working as an Assistant Professor at Gokulam College. I hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Food Science and Technology from Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Microbiology from Pazhassi Raja College.
With over 8 years of teaching experience, I have been actively involved in higher education, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence. My areas of interest include Food Science and Technology, Food Packaging, Food Microbiology, Food Quality and Safety, and related subjects. I am passionate about helping students develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for successful careers in the food and allied industries.
