Assistant Professor with 12 years of teaching experience in higher education, holding qualifications in M.Com, M.Phil, PGDCA, and A-Level certification, and currently pursuing a Ph.D. Presently serving as the Head of the Department (HOD) and Vice Principal, with extensive experience in teaching, student mentoring, curriculum development, academic administration, and institutional leadership.Served as an Academic Counselor for 3 years, providing academic guidance, student mentoring, and career support.
Demonstrated ability to manage departmental activities, support academic planning, and contribute to the overall growth and quality enhancement of the institution. Passionate about fostering student success through innovative, learner-centered, and experiential teaching approaches while actively engaging in research, professional development, and academic excellence initiatives.
