Actively contributed as a Placement and Training Facilitator and Nodal Officer of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) under Kerala Startup Mission, promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-academia collaboration among students.

Worked closely with ICT Academy of Kerala and Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission in implementing skill development and employability initiatives across campuses. Successfully coordinated the Youth Employability Program in association with Tata Consultancy Services and employability skill enhancement program for girls supported by Mahindra NandiFoundation.

Collaborated with TinkerHub and Free and Open Source Software Foundation and MuLearn initiatives to nurture a vibrant technology community, encouraging innovation, open-source participation, and peer learning among students.
